We are looking for talented, committed individuals who enjoy working outdoors with landscaping equipment and tools. We love to see those who are excited to be a part of each job from the beginning, and see their work bring the end product to a beautiful completion. We are looking for people who are interested in demonstrating their skills, as well as learning more in the art of landscaping design. Although prior landscape experience is preferred, we also love to see people who want to learn and gain their experience with us. You don’t have to be the best of the best to work with us, but you will be in no time!

Available Positions
Project Manager
Be capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and repeatedly, and be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Must have or get a Class E driver’s license and must be insurable. Three Plus prior landscape experience is required. Must have a clear understanding of how each piece of equipment or tools are used in a safe manner. Applicant must be a team player, and be willing to teach new technicians the various skills needed to perform job site duties. Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors. Person needs to be capable of managing one or more projects at a time, ensure each job is running smoothly, and have a clear understanding of the various industry standards in regards to performance and quality for each project.
Pay Rate/$19.00-$21.00 Hourly
Chemical Application
Must be capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and repeatedly, and be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Must have a Class E driver’s license and must be insurable. Three plus prior landscape experience is required. Must have a clear understanding of how each piece of equipment or tools is used in a safe manner. Applicant must be a team player. Must have excellent customer service skills, and ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors. Applicant needs to have or is willing to learn a thorough knowledge of ornamental & lawn pests and treatment.
Pay Rate/$18.00-$21.00 Hourly
Part-time Seasonal Employee
Be capable of working in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and repeatedly, and be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Must have a valid identification. Person must be willing to learn how to use the various tools needed at each job site. Although preferred, no prior landscape experience is required.
Pay Rate/$14.84-$16.00
CDL Driver
Must be capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and repeatedly, and be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Must have a valid class A driver’s license and must be insurable. Must have a clear understanding of how each piece of equipment or tool is used in a safe manner. Applicant must be a team player. There will be random drug testing per DOT standard, and a need to comply with all DOT standards, as well as pass DOT physical.

Construction and Maintenance Technician
Must Be capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and repeatedly, and be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Must have a valid driver’s license, and have a willingness to learn how to use various tools needed for each project. Although preferred, no prior landscape experience is required.
Pay Rate/$16.00-$18.75 Hourly
Construction Crew Lead/Foreman and Maintenance Crew Lead/Foreman
Must be capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and repeatedly, and be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Must have or get a Class E driver’s license and must be insurable. One plus year prior landscape experience is required. Must have a clear understanding of how each piece of equipment or tool is used in a safe manner. Needs to be a team player, and have ability to lead a 2-5 member crew through the completion of a project. Must have good customer service skills and ability and must be able to communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors.

Irrigation specialist
Be capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and repeatedly, and be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Must have or get a Class E driver’s license and must be insurable. Three plus year prior landscape experience is required. Must have a clear understanding of how each piece of equipment or tools are used in a safe manner. Applicant must be a team player. Must have excellent customer service skills, and an ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors. Applicant needs to have a thorough knowledge of irrigation practices, have strong problem solving skills, and have the ability to obtain a back-flow certification and re-certification when needed. Electrical and plumbing knowledge is required.
